PMS improved dramatically

I've loved this product for a long time. I only take it occasionally, but it has transformed my life. My PMS used to be so severe that I felt depressed, even considering death. Since I began taking iron, I’ve completely avoided those feelings! It seems my previous struggles were simply due to iron deficiency. My quality of life has significantly improved—definitely worth a try for anyone suffering from PMS.

Improved iron absorption
6 people found this helpful
I noticed my stools weren't dark with this iron supplement, unlike others I tried. It appears that non-absorbed iron oxidises, creating a dark colour. With this chelated product, absorption rates improved dramatically, and I experienced less constipation. My PMS symptoms have also become more manageable, and menstrual fluctuations are reduced.

Improved nutritional absorption

After the severe PMS I experienced post-birth, I turned to gynecology for help. Although I was prescribed iron, it didn't seem to help much. Since I began this supplement, my PMS has dramatically improved, and I no longer have dark stools. It’s very well absorbed, though it can upset my stomach if taken on an empty one.

Effective iron supplement

I feel very effective because the iron content is easy to absorb. No more light-headedness or premenstrual syndrome! I recommend taking it with vitamin C for better results. It's a capsule, so it doesn't smell or taste, making it easy to ingest.
Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) is a collection of physical, emotional, and behavioral symptoms that many women experience in the days leading up to their menstrual period. Symptoms can vary widely but often include mood swings, irritability, fatigue, bloating, breast tenderness, and changes in sleep or appetite. These symptoms typically occur in the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle, which is after ovulation and before menstruation, and tend to resolve once menstruation begins.
The exact cause of PMS is not fully understood, but fluctuations in hormones such as estrogen and progesterone are believed to play a significant role. Other factors, including stress, diet, and lifestyle choices, can exacerbate symptoms. While PMS is common, its severity can differ greatly among individuals, with some women experiencing only mild discomfort and others facing more debilitating symptoms. For those severely affected, approaches may include lifestyle changes, dietary adjustments, exercise, and in some cases, medications or supplements. It’s always advisable to consult with a healthcare professional for tailored advice and treatment options.
Iron is a chemical element with the symbol Fe, derived from the Latin word "ferrum." It is a metal that is known for its strength and versatility, making it one of the most widely used materials in construction, manufacturing, and various industrial applications. Iron is the fourth most abundant element in the universe by mass and is primarily obtained through the mining of iron ores, such as hematite and magnetite. Once mined, it undergoes processes like smelting and refining to produce usable forms like cast iron, wrought iron, and steel.
In addition to its industrial uses, iron is also crucial for human health, as it plays a significant role in the production of hemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells responsible for transporting oxygen throughout the body. A deficiency in iron can lead to anemia, characterized by fatigue and weakened immunity. Overall, iron is a fundamental element that supports modern infrastructure and is vital for maintaining good health.
Iron can play a supportive role in alleviating some symptoms associated with premenstrual syndrome (PMS), particularly for those who experience heavy menstrual bleeding, leading to lower iron levels and potential anemia. Maintaining adequate iron levels is crucial, as low iron can contribute to fatigue and other physical symptoms that may exacerbate PMS. Iron-rich foods include red meat, poultry, fish, beans, lentils, and fortified cereals. Supplementation is also an option, but it should be approached with caution and ideally under the guidance of a healthcare professional, as excessive iron can lead to other health issues.
However, it's essential to note that while iron can help with certain symptoms linked to PMS, it is not a direct treatment for the syndrome itself. PMS is a complex condition influenced by hormonal changes, lifestyle factors, and emotional well-being. To effectively manage PMS, a comprehensive approach is recommended, which may include dietary adjustments, regular exercise, stress management techniques, and possibly hormonal treatments. If you're experiencing severe PMS symptoms, consult with a healthcare provider for tailored advice and treatment options.

Less menstrual pain
I bought this as my PMS was severe, partly due to iron deficiency. For menstruators, the intake is 10 to 11 mg/day, so I take one capsule, plus liposomal vitamin C occasionally. After just one month, my PMS and menstrual cramps have lessened, and I intend to continue.

I purchased an iron supplement specifically for my PMS, starting with a lower concentration to avoid constipation. Although it's only 18 mg, I’ve felt my PMS symptoms lighten considerably. I used to feel immense frustration and depression before my period, but now, those feelings hardly trouble me. I believe this may greatly assist others with PMS as well.
